Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound skinless chicken breast
  • 1 Cup brown Rice
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed oil
  • 1/2 Cup Bluberries
  • 1 tbsp fish oil
  • 1 Pcs Boiled Egg
  • 1/2 Cup spinach

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Chicken thoroughly and cut into small pieces
  • Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
  • Steam the carrots and spinach until soft
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
  • Add flaxseed oil and fish oil
  • Serve at room temperature
